1 on 1 Personal Training / Coaching

1-on-1 personal training is good if you…

  • Are completely new to exercise or haven’t exercised in a very long time
  • Have pre-existing injuries or restrictions, postural issues or muscle imbalances to address
  • Would benefit from health coaching to help you manage stress, build healthy habits and break unhealthy habits
  • Have goals which are harder to accommodate for in group sessions
  • Prefer the flexibility to train at certain times
  • Just prefer the 1-on-1 environment and feel more comfortable with this.

Small Group Classes & ‘Semi Private PT’

I run small group classes (max 8pp) every Monday, Wednesday & Friday morning at 10:30am, the focus is on ‘functional strength training’.

I also run ‘semi private PT’ sessions (2-3 ppl), which is essentially like a shared PT session. You will have your own customised program during these sessions.

As long as you don’t have any major injuries or impairments, its common to get just as good & sometimes better results training in a small group environment (although everyone is different)

You don’t have to be super fit or strong to train in the class or small group, as long as you can do everything with good form and technique, I can adjust and tailor the exercises & sessions to match your capabilities.

Note: We’ll have to run through a quick ‘Functional Movement Assessment’. before starting with either of these options.
