One on One personal training is available for those who may need or prefer a little bit of extra individual coaching. This may be due to inexperience with exercise and physical activity, an injury we need to work around, or you may just simply prefer this type of training.
Many people choose to start out with one on one personal training, before moving on to the semi private training environment when they are a little more competent and confortable with everything. Semi Private training is becoming increasingly popular as a way to get the benefits of a personal trainer, it involves sharing your session with usually 2 others, this makes training cheaper, allows for more frequent training sessions and it also provides a motivating and supportive environment for hard work.
Training in a One on One setting does offer the highest level of supervision and coaching however, and is recommended for those who are completely new to exercise and strength training.
